So, I went to my first meeting for SA today. I thought it went pretty well. I wasn't asked to speak. Just shook hands with the leader (my mom also went with me). He talked about things like how to open up to people more, and if you recieve a negative response, don't take it as it's your fault. Today I had my very last appointment with my psychologist, as she's retiring. She was very nice and helpful to me. It's going to be strange not seeing her anymore. So, today we just went over some things I had learned and she wants me to continue to try to improve on my anxiety. Chances are I'll probably be getting a new therapist next year.
